I’m starting Warning Track Power to give the fantasy baseball blog-media a more deep keeper/dynasty-league oriented voice–one that doesn’t simply parrot the same predictions that get passed around from blog to blog. Stop by often for a fresh view on the fantasy world.

just the type of blog i’ve been looking for.
if you are looking for some ideas, i’m in a 5×5 h2h keeper league that rewards OPS rather than AVG. it would be interesting to read your opinions on what players might be good for a standard 5×5 but not in a 5×5 that uses OPS and vice versa.
a few players that do (or will do) MUCH better in a OPS league are:
nick johnson
morgan ensberg
ryan church
chris ianetta
jim thome
luke scott
lyle overbay
jason giambi
alex gordon
nick swisher
stephen drew
thoughts?

Great idea.
I’ve been thinking of doing something like that for pitchers in K/BB leagues–hitters for OPS leagues would be the other logical piece.
I think you’ll see something like this before long. Thanks for the input.
